What I can do for you

I cover the whole stretch from first idea to live product, and I do the work myself.

Automate

The core of what I do: find the repetitive work, hand it to AI, and give your team its week back.

AI Workflow Optimization

I look at the repetitive work your team does every week, figure out what AI can realistically take over, and build it.

AI workshops for teams

One day, your team's real tasks, working automations by the evening.

Build

Web applications front to back: built simple, fast, and ready to be maintained by whoever comes after me.

Fullstack Development

Web applications, front to back. I keep the architecture simple and the code readable, because someone has to maintain it after launch.

UI & Frontend

Interfaces that load fast, work on any device, and don't shut out users with disabilities. Built with modern frameworks and tested on real screens.

Backend & API

REST and GraphQL APIs, database design, third-party integrations. The unglamorous part of the stack, which is exactly why it has to be solid.

Advise

Sometimes you don't need more code. You need a clear decision and someone who has seen the problem before.

Technical Consulting

Architecture reviews, technology decisions, workflow audits. Sometimes you don't need more code, you need a second opinion from someone who has seen the problem before.

Full Project Support

You talk to one person from concept to launch: me. I plan the project, build it, and stay around after it goes live.

Why PauerUp

Why companies work with me

At the end of a project you should be able to point at a number that got better. If you can't, I haven't done my job.

01

Workflows that pay for themselves

I automate the daily processes that cost your team the most time. In most projects, the time saved covers my invoice within a few weeks.

02

More output with the same team

When AI handles the routine work, your existing team gets through more. You grow without having to hire for every new bit of workload.

03

Better quality, less rework

Automated checks catch mistakes before they reach a customer. That saves the awkward emails and the hours spent fixing things after the fact.

04

One contact, start to finish

You don't get passed between an account manager, a designer, and a dev team. I do the analysis, the implementation, and the support myself, so nothing gets lost in between.

05

Grows with you

I build with your next size in mind. What works for your 10-person team today shouldn't fall over when you're 50.

06

14 years of production experience

I've built software for startups, agencies, and corporations, and I've watched plenty of trends come and go. That makes me fairly resistant to hype.

Process

How I work

The same four steps, whether we're building a product or overhauling your workflows.

01

Analyze

We talk about your goals and I look at how your team actually works today. A handful of obvious time sinks usually shows up fast.

02

Plan

I put together the architecture, the tooling, and a roadmap you can hold me to. Every step has a measurable goal attached.

03

Implement

I build in short iterations and show you progress regularly. If something doesn't work in practice, we change course early instead of at the end.

04

Optimize & Scale

After launch we look at the numbers, tune what's already running, and decide what's worth doing next. Most clients stay on because there's always a next thing.

AI Workshops

AI workshops for teams

A lot of teams know AI could save them time but never get past trying out a chatbot. In my workshops we skip the theory, take your team's real tasks, and set up tools and workflows for them on the spot. By the end of the day, people have automations they'll open again on Monday morning.

About

Hi, I'm Sebastian.

I'm a freelance fullstack developer with 14 years of experience. These days I split my time between building web applications and helping companies put AI to use in their daily operations.

I've worked with startups, SMEs, and large companies. What I've learned over the years: projects succeed when someone takes the time to understand the actual problem before writing code. I try to be that person.

FAQ

Common questions

The things most companies ask before we start working together.

What does AI workflow automation actually mean for my company?

It means looking at the repetitive work your team does every week: copying data between tools, drafting the same kinds of emails, checking documents, preparing reports. I build automations, often powered by large language models, that take that work over. The goal is measurable: hours saved per week that your team can spend on work that actually needs a human.

How do we start a project together?

With a conversation, and it costs nothing. You tell me what you're working on and where it hurts, and I'll tell you honestly whether and how I can help. If it's a fit, the first real step is an analysis of how your team works today. The biggest time sinks usually show up fast.

Do you work remotely, and where are you based?

I'm based in Korneuburg, Austria, just outside Vienna, and I work remote-first with clients across Europe. On-site days for kickoffs and workshops are possible in Austria and neighboring countries.

What happens in an AI workshop for teams?

We skip the theory. We take your team's real tasks, figure out which ones AI can realistically take over, and set up the tools and workflows for them on the spot. By the end of the day, your team has working automations they'll open again on Monday morning instead of a pile of demos.

Which technologies do you work with?

TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Angular, Next.js, Node.js, Java, and Python on the development side; PostgreSQL, REST and GraphQL APIs, and Docker in the backend; and OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and n8n for AI workflow integration. I pick the stack that fits your project and your team, not the other way around.

Will AI automation replace my team?

No. It changes what your team spends its time on. AI takes over the routine work: the copying, sorting, drafting, and checking. Your existing team gets through more, quality goes up because automated checks catch errors early, and you can grow without hiring for every new bit of workload.
